I help individuals to remove the blocks and thrive in their careers through Mindset Coaching, Hypnosis and NLP, supporting change at both a conscious and unconscious level.


Many people know they’re capable of more, yet keep hitting the same internal barriers. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to you. 


Using a combination of Mindset Coaching, Hypnosis, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), we work with the way your mind actually functions. We uncover the unconscious beliefs, emotional responses, and learned patterns that are keeping you stuck, and gently reshape them into something more helpful and empowering.


This isn’t about fixing you or forcing positivity. It’s about creating lasting change by aligning your thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, lacking direction, or held back by anxiety, procrastination, or low confidence. Through our work together, they begin to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control - able to respond to challenges rather than being driven by them.
